MOBILE & ONLINE NOTARIZATION FEES (ENGLISH)
MOBILE NOTARY:
(Travel <mileage>/ Time charges are not statutory fees and are separate from Texas Notary Fees) Please call to go over total fees, as it depends on your zip code.
One Notarization: $10
For each additional signature: $1.00
For each additional Notarization: $10
Swearing a witness for a deposition: $10.00
Taking a deposition of a witness (for each 100 words): $0.50
Certifying a photocopy: $10.00
We can send Apostilles once notarized via certified mail for additional fees
***Scanbacks are available upon request for an additional fee***
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY:
We will use a 3rd party platform that charges their fees on top of the notarization. Starting at: $25 for the FIRST notarization.
You will receive clear instructions on how to begin the process.
You MUST use a device with a camera and have valid Identification.
The video call will be recorded through the platform we will use.
Once the document is Digitally notarized, you will receive that document & will have the option to download it.
**Please understand that there may be a rush fee if it is after normal business hours. Rush fee begins from 9pm-after

NOTARIO EN LÍNEA:
Usaremos una plataforma que cobra sus tarifas además de la certificación notarial. Comenzando a: $25 para la PRIMERA notarización.
Recibirá instrucciones claras sobre cómo comenzar el proceso.
DEBE utilizar un dispositivo con cámara y tener una identificación válida.
La videollamada quedará grabada a través de la plataforma que utilizaremos.
Una vez que el documento esté notariado digitalmente, recibirá ese documento y tendrá la opción de descargarlo.

LOAN SIGNING SERVICE FEES
NNA Background check certified. Experience with HELOC, CASH OUT, BUYER, SELLER, and more! Over 100 closings completed. Signing service fees depend on what was agreed upon accepting the offer. A copy of E&O insurance and copy of W-9 will be provided upon request.
Remote Online Notarization for closings are available. Please remember that we must use a 3rd party platform to begin closing. They do have their fees that must be paid.
